From Boston

  1. Take Route 93 North to Route 495 South (Exit 44B).
  2. Follow Route 495 South to the "LOWELL CONNECTOR" (Exit 35C).
  3. On the Lowell Connector take Exit 3, "Industrial Avenue".
    Note: The Industrial Avenue exit is 1/2 mile along the Connector, and is the first exit you approach.
  4. At the end of the off-ramp to Industrial Ave., turn right, driving under the Lowell Connector.
  5. Drive around the Rotary and stay on Industrial Avenue heading toward the (three) Cross Point Towers.
  6. Just before the buildings there is an entrance marked "VISITOR PARKING"; enter and park here.
  7. Enter Tower One through the glass Atrium. ZipLink's main entrance is on the fifth floor of Tower One.
From Burlington, Waltham, Dedham, Quincy Areas
  1. Take Route 95/128 to Route 3 North (near the Burlington Mall).
  2. Follow Route 3 North to Route 495 North (towards Lowell).
  3. Follow Route 495 to the "LOWELL CONNECTOR" (Exit 36).
  4. Once on the Lowell Connector take Exit 3, "Industrial Avenue".
